Terms of service (beta)

Effective 2026-10-23. These terms cover Argustry's private, invitation-only beta, run by OOP Consulting LLC ("we"). By signing in you accept them and our privacy policy.

The beta

Argustry is a beta: features change, the service may be interrupted, and data may in rare cases be lost. It is free during the beta. Access is by personal invitation only; an invitation is for the person it was given to.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18. If you use Argustry for an employer or client, you confirm you may send its Claude Code usage data to us.

Your account and tokens

• One Argustry account accepts data from one Claude account: the one whose email you enter. Don't use it to collect other people's usage.
• Tokens are secrets. Keep them out of shared files and repositories, and revoke a token you think has leaked.
• You are responsible for what is sent with your tokens.

Acceptable use

Don't attack, probe or overload the service, try to reach other users' data, or send data that is not Claude Code telemetry. Report security problems to security@argustry.com.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us process it only to run Argustry for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; a suspended account cannot sign in and its tokens stop working within minutes. You can close your account at any time and reopen it later; its tokens keep working for 48 hours after closing, and reopening within that time keeps them. We may end the beta with notice by email.

No warranty

The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to US$100.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which OOP Consulting LLC is organized.

We will tell beta users by email before a change takes effect. Contact: support@argustry.com.
